01. How long is your shipping time?

  • Shipping time is based on the item location.We have warehouses and stocks in the United States, Britain, Germany, Canada and other countries.Items will be sent out in 2 working days.Customers will receive within 3-5 days after shipment.Not including statutory holidays. 
  • If the product ordered by the customer is not in stock, we will contact the customer via email to refund, exchange it, or send it from us.

02. What’s the status of my order?

Customers will receive a confirmation E-mail to certify that we have confirmed your order. After shipping out, customers will receive a shipping confirmation E-mail, with tracking number included.
  • It usually takes 1 to 3 days for processing and then it will be shipped out. After shipping out, customers will receive a shipping confirmation E-mail, with tracking number included.
